We hope you enjoy our New Belle Ècorce Farms web site. You will find our online Cage'N Bird catalog to contain the most complete selection of hand-feeding and breeding supplies available anywhere. Cage'N Bird has been in business since 1988. So, we know what you need to hand feed and it is our goal to provide these items to you. Cage'N Bird is actually part of Belle Ècorce Farms, the name of our family farm. We have decided to include products and livestock that are available here on our farm to our web shoppers.
Our Cage'N Bird "one-stop" online catalog contains a complete selection of hand-feeding and breeding supplies for your breeding aviary. WE also offer gourmet goat cheese made here on the farm and other cheese related supplies.Our products are clearly illustrated and are described in detail for your information and convenience. Take your time, take notes and call or email if you would like to make an order or have any questions about our catalog or products. Our personalized check out service is geared to your particular shipping and payment needs or requests. Our unique order processing allows us to work one-on-one" with the customer on each and every order. In this way we are able to customize shipping and packaging to save you money.
We elect NOT to charge a flat shipping rate on our Shopping Cart for each item ordered. Through our shopping cart you are given an itemized list of products ordered, including a subtotal. The sub-total is a total of products orderd, not including shipping/handling. Your itemized order and subtotal is emailed to us BEFORE you are asked to pay by Credit Card, PayPal, check or money order. We do not request payment until we calculate your shipping and handling charges according to the exact weight & size of packaging and items ordered. By this check out process we are able to process each order personally and adjust shipping and handling charges to save you money.
At the bottom of each product page there are email links to make it easier to contact us. You may place an order by email using copy & paste or use our Order Form. Sorry we do not have the fancy pay with PayPal shopping carts, etc. We elect to provide a more personal one-on-one service for our customers instead of providing flat rate shipping on each item.

e Ship ASAP
We make every effort to ship orders within 3 days or less. We do maintain a large inventory to insure PROMPT & EFFICIENT service. It is, however, impossible to totally stock every item in our catalog at all times. If we do not have an item in stock, we will make every effort to get it to you ASAP and will notify you of extended delays. To expedite your order, items may be dropped shipped directly for the manufacturer or our distributors.
Order Delays
The shipment of your entire order is dependent upon stock quantities, availability and method of payment. There may be an unavoidable delay on international orders, orders paid with a personal check, special orders, large combination orders, drop shipments, large items, and where shipping expediency is dependent on the manufacturer.
Rush or Emergency Orders
LET US KNOW IF YOUR ORDER IS AN "RUSH" or EMERGENCY or, IF IT MUST BE RECEIVED ON /OR BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE.
For emergency and rush orders, PLEASE CALL to let us know of your predicament. We will give you a "Priority Status" and we will make every effort to get the item to you ASAP. We do offer UPS, Overnight, Second day Air and 3 Day shipping. We sometimes ship USPS Express Mail and First Class Priority for smaller packages under 2 pounds.
Special Shipping Requests
UPS's 2ND DAY, NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE and 3 Day in the US ---call for rates. Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico--- For CANADIAN orders we ship the least expensive way or your choice, depending on the size of the package.
Payment
Orders must be prepaid--- by Money Order, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), or check. We will calculate your total including shipping/handling and won't charge your credit card until the day we ship. We will contact you with the exact for PayPal or MO or check. When paying with a check, Please allow sufficient time for checks to clear. Which may be as much as 2 weeks. Checks must be accompanied by a valid drivers license and/or a credit card number. Any check returned insufficient funds will be charged a $28.00 handling charge. Please do not send Canadian checks. We can accept Canadian Postal money Orders and International Postal Money Orders in US$ funds only, or VISA/MC. ABSOLUTELY NO C.O.D. orders.
PayPal

After receiving your order we will contact you with a total, including Shipping/handling. You may then pay us with the easy PayPal link on our site.
International Orders
Bank Wire Transfer on large orders, please. We do accept CC's and PayPal on some orders. Orders are Shipments will be made by UPS, USPS's Parcel Post or AIR. Do email us your order and shipping preferences and we will quote shipping & handling cost on your order.
For all other countries including Canada (under 2 lb.) and Mexico, You may request UPS, Parcel Post - SURFACE (which takes about 2 weeks plus) or Parcel Post - AIR. Please check with your countries customs regulations before placing an order as we are not responsible for any fees or confiscations.
NOTE:We do charge a 5% handling/processing fee on all international orders.
Exchanges, Damages, Credit & Refunds
Buyer shall promptly examine all goods upon delivery. Immediately inform us of any damages, unexpected or unusual condition, quality or grade of the goods. Buyer must specify in detail the basis of the claim. Notify us ASAP (no more than 10 business days) of any product damage incurred in shipping.
Keep package and all packing material intact for inspection by carrier. Failure of buyer to comply with these terms shall constitute acceptance of the goods and a waiver of any claims for damages. If damage claim is valid, We will replace damaged item ASAP and notify the carrier when warranted. Keep original box, packaging, etc. Carrier may require inspection & pick-up for damage claim refund.
Returns
AUTHORIZATION is REQUIRED FOR RETURN OF UNUSED GOODS: If you are not completely satisfied with an item it may be returned (within 10 business days) for exchange or full credit on your next order. Item must be in a new and unused condition. Do let us know promptly of your dissatisfaction immediately --- no more than one week of receiving your order.
Note: We do not refund shipping or handling charges on returned items. We do not accept returns on discounted items, used syringes or other other used hand-feeding utensil. No discounted item on item on special may be returned to Seller for credit. No items returned will be accepted unless in a new, unused condition. No obsolete products may be returned. We do not give full credit on damaged or obviously used equipment ---- that is, equipment that cannot be returned to inventory for resale.We Offer:
